By accessing this website or engaging UMAKAN Technologies for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

UMAKAN Technologies provides website development, website redesign, custom web applications, WordPress development, eCommerce solutions, business automation, dashboards, maintenance, and other digital development services. The exact scope of each project will be defined in the applicable proposal, quotation, or written agreement.

Project requirements, features, deliverables, technology, estimated timeline, and pricing will be defined before development begins. Work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional time and charges after discussion with the client.

Project pricing depends on requirements, complexity, features, integrations, and delivery expectations. Payment schedules will be communicated in the quotation or proposal. Development may be paused if an agreed payment becomes overdue.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, content, branding assets, approvals, credentials, and other materials required to complete the project. Delays in providing these resources may affect the estimated delivery timeline.

Delivery dates are reasonable estimates based on the agreed scope and timely client cooperation. Timelines may change due to additional requirements, delayed approvals, third-party dependencies, technical complications, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Reasonable revisions included in the agreed project scope will be completed according to the proposal. Major design changes, new functionality, or additional requirements introduced after approval may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Upon receipt of all agreed payments, the client will receive rights to the final project deliverables as specified in the project agreement. UMAKAN Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable components, frameworks, development methods, and other intellectual property not created exclusively for the client.

Projects may use third-party platforms, APIs, plugins, libraries, payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics services, or other external technologies. UMAKAN Technologies is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, security incidents, or service limitations caused by third-party providers.

Domain registration, hosting, professional email, SSL certificates, and other infrastructure costs are separate unless specifically included in the quotation. Clients remain responsible for recurring third-party subscription and renewal charges unless otherwise agreed.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges may apply for work already completed, resources used, and costs incurred. Payments for completed milestones or work already delivered are generally non-refundable. Any project-specific cancellation terms stated in a quotation or agreement will take priority.

Post-launch support will be provided according to the agreed project terms. New features, significant modifications, ongoing maintenance, content updates, or issues caused by third-party changes may require a separate maintenance agreement or additional charges.

We take reasonable measures to protect confidential project information shared during our engagement. Clients should avoid sending passwords, private keys, or other sensitive credentials through insecure communication channels whenever secure alternatives are available.

UMAKAN Technologies aims to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of websites, hosting platforms, APIs, or third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from third-party failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute relating to our services or these terms will be handled in accordance with applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction specified in the relevant project agreement, where applicable.
